Our childhood development centre is an initiative of the Neuro Edu Group, a partnership between two qualified Neurolink practitioners, namely Hannelie Bekker and Louise Herholdt. The Neuro Edu Group’s aim is to unlock and develop potential in children through a combination of educational, therapeutic and neurodevelopmental principles.
Hannelie, a qualified primary school teacher, started her own playgroup 22 years ago for the sake of her own children. Since then, through her leadership and initiative, five nursery schools have been established.
Louise is a qualified occupational therapist and pre-primary school teacher. She is trained in sensory integration in children and for the past twenty years she has maintained a private pediatric practice where she addresses the needs of children from infancy to 12 years. Louise is also involved in practice guidance at nursery schools and has presented a variety of workshops related to various aspects of the kindergarten programme.
Thanks to years of experience and their mutual cooperation, Hannelie and Louise recognised the need for a child development centre, serving the global development of children. Our groups are divided according to their age and do age appropriate activities daily.
Our unique whole child development programme for Toddlers and Pre- Grade R’s focuses on informal, fun learning through active play.
We assess how well your child is doing. Progress reports are issued to all age groups at the end of each school term. Always encourage and praise your little ones for their efforts.
The school offers extra mural activities to learners on the premises, however at an additional cost which is payable directly to the extra mural service.
Our learners’ safety is of utmost importance to us and therefore, we have a strict security policy in place.
Our trained staff is handpicked and academic audits are performed regularly to ensure a very high standard of education.
